Thanks for sharing this @BossKing but well done for getting into the top 5! I managed second place in my group, scoring 1.3 million. The winner in my group, as I had predicted, was playing in the 7000-8000 range.
You're absolutely right @christinewupp. I couldn't make it in the final. The champion was a guy who were playing levels from 4500-5000. When he was 13 lacs I was only 2 lacs and the final result is 19 lacs by him and 11.5 lacs by me. I was able to hold the position number 5 😥.
I'm out, not worth it, spend around 300 Gold on this event so far but the prize is not enough.
Started 2 hours late today ( 10:00 AM UK, start was 08:00) got on position 40 🙃. Manage to get on the 2nd position fast and for the last 4hrs been chasing this level 800 player "finchy".

I reckon the winners will be players at levels 6000-9000 as those levels yield more candies of the main colours. So if you find yourself chasing someone playing at those levels, beware and don't waste money on a lost cause.

when I open candy crush the task bar comes up on the screen and does not go off I have to keep turning WiFi and mobile data off to play the game but when I go to the next turn the task bar comes up and does the same thing.

it’s been months that my booster wheel doesn’t work. It keeps saying connection issue but my internet was fine. I could access everything in other apps. Recently, I was trying to use the gold brick to buy some boosters but it keeps loading forever and unable to show the purchase page.
