Hello, same problem that happened almost exactly one month ago, that you fixed, is now happening again. I'm really frustrated. The problems are: 1) The Daily Treat Machine disappeared; 2) The Win Streak Boosters are gone; and now 3) The Season Pass THAT I PAID FOR is gone! I know that Candy Crush knows I paid because I'm being given 8 lives to start with instead of 5! Please help fix this for me asap or refund my money for the Season Pass. Also, I have these issues on my surface but not my iphone. EXACT same thing that happened one month ago. Please check my account for the fix and push the fix out again. Thanks a lot

I found your message from last time HERE but we really did not do anything back them! I've checked with Player Support and there are no reported issues.
Events and features can sometimes rotate or change without notice, so it’s possible that some may not be available at all times.
I would keep playing and make sure you have a strong internet connection and see if the events appear again.
As for your Season Pass purchase, you can request Player Support for refund when you reach out to them.
thank you for responding. You’re always so helpful.! Just very strange that all three things happen one month ago and after I reported it, it was fixed within a few days. Also note that others wrote down and were experiencing the exact same thing. I’ll keep trying, but I did lose the season pass that I paid for. Thanks again.!

It does sound strange this happened again so I will keep an eye for more reports and don't worry about the season pass as Player Support will be happy to compensate you for the trouble!
