I have a candy crush account with my iOS account. I tried to redeem a candy crush gift card but it told me to make a new candy crush account and it would transfer to my iOS acxount, so I did. It added the gift card to the new account and now it’s making me start from level 1. Help!

I can’t believe King left you hanging like this! I have the same issue where it starts me at level 1.
Luckily I found if you log out of your new account, then log back into your original account (mine was connected to me Apple account) you can get your level back.
I still can’t use the gift card though.
