Booster Wheel issue - CCS

When I log into the CCS game and go to the Booster Wheel, it immediately tells me to "come back later and try again" and starts the countdown timer. When I return hours later and log into CCS and try again, it repeats that same process?
Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Thank you for the reply @PummyRaj I am un the United States and I do not have a picture of it at this time, but can get one the next time that it happens.

I am also in United States (EST), and this is how my Booster wheel looks right now⬇️
Daily Treat Machine gets activated at 11:00 pm. As you see above, I have just collected the booster from it. The booster wheel still has 47 minutes on it, as it will be activated at 12:00 am!
If your booster wheel acts in a different way, please provide as many details as you can along with screenshots, for me to report to our Community In-charge team❄️⛄️
