Where is my Prize?
I have just finished competing in the Winter Cup, where the prise supposedly was a Year's Supply of Gold Bars. I won Round 1 qualifier, and then Round 2 qualifier and finally scored 2 000 000 points in the final. I am yet to see any Gold Bars appear in my page. Could somebody please explain???

I am using a desktop machine and I play the game through an App on Windows. (Sorry but I do not think I use Facebook or Kings Account). Thanks for the assistance to get to the ID - it made it very easy to find. My ID is -11212397522

Hello @reddy41 Congratulations on reaching 2 million points in the final! That is a lot of crushing! You did not actually state that you won the final, so I'm just checking that you did actually come first in the final leaderboard with that impressive score? It's just that you didn't mention that in your post.

I'm sorry, but yes I won. Isn't that why you needed my ID? And below is a copy of the final published on the gameboard.

Did you claim your rewards Reddy? If I remember correctly you have 24 hours after the final had finished to claim your rewards. You probably won't receive them if you haven't claimed them. I have no idea as to how you were meant to claim your reward though. Did King send you anything?

I think you were meant to receive the prize automatically with no need to claim, but sometimes the system fails and if this happens then the Community Manager can look into it so long as they know you player ID @reddy41 . As you did post your ID @PummyRaj and @QueenB will hopefully deal with this now. Let's wait to see what their response is.

Congrats on competing in the Winter Cup!
Regarding the prize, the Year’s Supply of Gold Bars will need to be claimed each month by logging into the game between January 8, 2025, at 3:00 am EST and December 31, 2025, at 3:00 am EST.
Please note that if you miss claiming any month’s reward during the specified time, those Gold Bars will unfortunately be forfeited.
As I can’t confirm your eligibility or prize status here, I recommend reaching out to Player Support for assistance.
Make sure to include as much detail as possible, including screenshots once you have received a response back from Player Support.

I am sorry @reddy41 that I was wrong in hoping the Community in Charge might be able to help you. Unfortunately and apparently this community is not able to help with such issues any more. I am sorry to have mislead you and given you false hope. The best way to contact Player Support is via the app. Use settings in the app, which is the small pink cogwheel on the map screen, and then the? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Good luck with getting your prize!
