My episode race is stuck (same people and it does not get completed.)
I had a winning streak going and then lost (3 place). Didn't get any rewards for that race and stuck for the next 4 or 5 races after.
How can I get to the next race?
Can You please help? It is still stuck even with the alien race.

It's a merry-go-around @yimtse and you not the first person to have this happen to them, being shifted around from one place to another. Unfortunately both the Player Support and now apparently the community use automated systems to answer queries like yours. I am not sure I can help you as I am only a player of the game like yourself. Perhaps @PummyRaj or @Colorbomb_Collector will be able to get back to you then as they are representatives for King, so I tagged them.

Hello. To spell out how to contact Player Support: Use Settings in the game. This is the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen. From there tap on the ? icon. You will see a list of options. Press on the one that seems most relevant and scroll through all the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Use this to contact Player Support. But there is a chance all you will get is an email sending you back here. The first automated email should be followed up in a few days. If it does not then reply to that email. Good luck!
