Have not been able to collect 5 free lives at end of episode

sometimes I’m able to win 5 free lives at the end of the episode. The last 3-4 times it does not give them to me. The star indicates when I’m qualified to do so. The game is stuck here, and if I kill the app, and open back up, I’m moved to the next episode, and no free lives.

Hey there @Amanda23170 ! These are called the Milestone Goodies. If you have less than 5 lives, you will get lives as your reward. Otherwise, you will get 30mins of Lollipop Hammer.
If you're not getting the lives, it's most likely because you're getting the Lollipops. Have a great day! :D

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!
Your screenshot shows that you had only 1 life when you reached milestone reward! Usually, I do receive the lives if I have anything less than 5 lives! Is it not working that way in your game?
But, yes! You are right! If we close the game after reaching that point / and to bring our Profile icon to our current level, the Star does look as if the reward was sent, even-though, we cannot find the milestone reward in the game!!

If even after passing the Milestone Goodies, the star appears empty and you don't receive the lives like you're supposed to, please reach out to our player support team, as they can help with this kind of issue. Hi @Amanda23170 I know exactly what you mean and it's happened in my game also. I think this was a temporary glitch in the app and it's probably fixed itself for you since the latest update. Mine fixed after closing the app and then 24 hours later when I reopened the app all was back to normal.
