anyone else’s game frozen? I beat a level earlier today and when I bounced to the next level the screen kind of faded out and it’s stuck. Won’t let me do anything.
Hi! Thank you for the update. I’ll be patient. It should be easy since the one time I did get it to load I noticed that I lost all my saved boosters, banked lives and friends. 😏

Hi there, @kgraeser13 I want to let you know that we have reported this to our Team and we’ve identified a temporary workaround to help you get back to playing, however this is a manual workaround so we will need some days to implement it in your game.
Once it has been implemented in your game, you can perform the following steps to remove the dark screen:
It may take a couple of days for it to be implemented and I hope for your patience and understanding.

Please do not reinstall the game as it will not resolve the Grey Screen issue!

It’s “frozen” again. See photo of how my screen is grayed out and I can’t do anything.
See, I beat 15800 and cannot go to the next level. I was also in first place to win the level and I’m sure I won’t get those rewards.
Hi! It’s no longer “frozen” however, I lost all my saved boosters (I had quite few) and banked lives (almost 200) and I cannot advance past the level I just beat, 15800. My ID is 1179884059 I’m playing on Apple iPhone 15.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! Are you still experiencing the issue or is it all good now?
When you said "the game is frozen", did you mean that you are getting a "Grey screen" on your game map? If so, which device are you using to play the game?
