all the posts I've seen are the same, but there is no way to actually log into your king account on the king website. You can only log into the community site. So how do i move my game progress from my facebook account to my king account?
I play multiple king games and none of them save my progress when I log out of Facebook and into my King account.

Do you remember which level you were at when you log in with your Facebook account?
My game user ID is 1193832866.

I still can't find a solution to this issue. It seems crazy that once you log in with Facebook you are just stuck with it forever.
I already did that. When I log out of Facebook and into king, it starts me at level 1 again.
Hi @IndyAmy , I understand your are trying to synch from your Facebook to your King account.
First, please note that your accounts must be individuals accounts not previously synchronized with other accounts in order for these steps to work.
From the device on which you usually play and already logged in with Facebook, please log out of your Facebook account from the profile menu and register for a King account if you have not already done so.
Now, log in to your King account using the option "Log in with email" and you should find that the progress from your Facebook account has carried over automatically.
If this does not help, we will be happy to get you going but instead could you please Contact Support directly so try to best further help.
