I want my Unwrapped! BUT, I can't log in either way, says offline.. I am not offline

I enter my correct email and password for King, and I get told I am offline. I can not play Candy Crush here, I can only play when I am logged into Facebook and don't need to log in anywhere else. I don't understand why I can't log in on King, I would rather play this game there than n Facebook. Also, on King it says I am on level 1.I am not, I am on level 5721. Please help me get this game figured out, I have had a lot of problems with it. Thank you and please get me my Candy Unwrapped !!! :) :)

I think there is an issue with the “Candy Wrapper” itself! In my game, all I see is this ⬇️
Can you please tell me when you see this “no connection” message? Do you always log out of the game at the end of the day?
And the King account you are trying to log into, did you just create that account or did you use that account before to play the game?

Hi, I see the "you're offline, connect to the internet and try again" every time I enter my email and password. As soon as add those two things then click on log in, that pops up across the top. 🤦♀️ I have been playing this game for years. I mostly play through Facebook, because everytime I have come here to play, I have trouble. I get told I have the wrong email or the wrong password,or something else goes wrong 🤷♀️. My last conversation was about why couldn't I send invites to friends for the friends challenge game, but I guess that's gone now, I got an email telling me how to try to fix it but I did everything I was told, and nothing worked. Anyway, I don't care about that anymore, I just want my Candy Wrapper. I want this site to work correctly for me and it just doesn't seem to want to, no matter how much we try 😫 Oh, and yes, I log out of the game every time I finish playing, which is mainly through Facebook.
