Does your level look like mine?
This level used to have the frog necessary to collect the yellow key, but the game studio removed it, and now the level is broken. Currently, the level is impossible unless you get a double color bomb combo or use a hammer.
So far, the studio has refused to fix it. Please do complain to Player Support regarding this. Maybe if enough players complain they might make some changes to this level.
It's best to contact Support via the game app. Open the game and go to the settings menu (cogwheel icon). There tap the '?' icon, then select New Levels/Level Help. Choose any of the topics there and scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' at the bottom. You will receive an automated email at first. Reply to that email and explain your problem, include a screenshot if possible.

Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
