I never had unlimited lives, and even if I ask my "friends" several times a day, I may get 1-3 lives. How can I get all my lives!
Thanks, when I run out of lives, there's a box to check that will ask all 36 of my "friends" to send me a life, so I don't have to do each one separately. But I used to get quite a few lives from friends before this "lives expire" message started showing up last week. Now, not very many...but maybe they are tired of me asking! 😀
Hello @curlydoris The screenshot displays what all of us see when we have used up our five lives. It is completely normal! The message "Lives will be restored once unlimited lives expire" only applies if you should spend money or gold to buy unlimited lives, so it is of no relevance to you.
In the background of your screenshot I see "Friends" right at the bottom with a number 2 next to it. This is your friends list which is located at the bottom of your map screen between events and shop. This is where you need to go to request lives from your friends and also to send them lives. Click on Friends, then click on each player and their player card will open up. It will show you if they are still active. Any player that has not played for weeks will no longer send out lives, so invite new players to your game to replace these. Make sure you accept any invite from a player who wants to be your friend as well. And then send and request lives to each one of your friends. That is the best way to get some lives to show up in your envelope.
Tried clearing cache, but the message ( at bottom of picture ) still shows up

Did you try clearing the cache/cookies? If not, please try that — then, close the App and restart the device — check if your lives are back in your game!

Finally got rid of black blobs on Candy Crush, but have now appeared on Alpha Betty. Screen just flickers on Candy Crush. What is the problem? Why is King not publicly addressing these VERY WIDE spread issues, and why is it taking so long to fix? All issues started after recent updates. Android phone... I miss my games!!!
