Hi, The email address associated with my account no longer exists and I forgot my password.. I'm still connected but with the old email but I can't reset it as the email adress doesn't exist anymore.
How can I transfer all my progression to a new email address or facebook please? thanks

You must have received an automated email when you sent your initial complaint, right? If so, that email should contain a ticket number. Can you please post it here, so that I can send it to our Game Experts' team?

Thanks for reaching out! If the email associated with your account no longer exists, you can create a new King account on the device you’re currently playing on to transfer your progress. Follow these steps:
Once done, your progress will be linked to your new email, and you’ll be able to log in and continue playing as usual. Let me know if you have any questions or need more help 😊

Hi QueenB, Thanks for your reply but I don't have the option to Select "Sign up with email"
To do so, I would have to disconnect and i'll loose my progression :(
