I didn't get my extra moves for my 10 gold bars

I was in the middle of a game and only had a couple of items left to get. I purchased 100 gold bars to accomplish this. After the purchase a new window popped up for some lantern challenge. When I tried to get back to the game that I had been playing, and purchased the bars for, it never came up and I didn't get my extra moves, but it still cost me the 10 gold bars. Is there any chance that I can at least get the 10 bars back?

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint about your missing your Gold Bars!

** If you are using a mobile device, please follow below steps to send your complaint⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
In the next screen (Help Center), scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
Scroll down to the option "Why haven't I received a purchase…." and click on it;
In the page that opens up, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
You will see a form to fill out. Your name & email address will be already filled;
Now, at the Topic, select "Purchase Issues or Questions";
At the Subtopic, select "I didn't receive my purchase";
Explain about the issue in "Tell us What you need", and submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email, which is a norm when we send our complaint. Please do not delete that email but, send a reply through that automated email and explain the issue a bit more. If you saved any screenshots, attach those with your reply.

An agent should be contacting you within 72 hours (depending on how busy they are)!
