How to move sava from facebook to King account?

I'm interested in deleting my facebook account but my candy crush save is saved there, I've tried some things read here in the community section and they don't work.
I need to know a practical way to move the know because I don't want to lose my levels and everything that was spent on this account.

You are a big company, you can do more than send me automatic replies.

Unfortunately, some players are experiencing this issue for some reason!

When it happens, those players are advised to send a complaint to the King Player Support team, so that they can restore the progress manually.

Please let me know if you need assistance with sending your complaint?

Just wondering…. can you please tell me if the email address is the same for your King account and Facebook account or different?

I'm trying to do the same thing. I have set up a King account with the same email address as my FB, but logging out of FB in the app and into my King account doesn't sync them. The King account is still at level 1. There must be a way to move progress. I will definitely be deleting Facebook soon, so if I can't transfer my progress, I'll be uninstalling the game too, after years of use.

When I do this procedure of logging into the king account the game goes back to level 1.

In the facebook save I'm at level 650 and when I disconnect the account to log in with king the levels are not taken. My device is an Android but I play on Windows PC sometimes.

Since I am not sure which device you are using, these are the general steps to save the game to King account:

Download Candy Crush Saga on your device (if you haven't yet);
Open the game;
Make a King account/log into King account (with the same email as the Facebook account)

Then the progress should match what you have on Facebook.

Please try it and let me know if it worked or not!

You must have read the instructions that were given to follow on King.com! Since past couple of years, the process changed as King.com webpage is not available anymore for this specific purpose, but to redeem the gift cards.

I did not understand what you meant by "automatic replies"! Did you already create a King account to transfer your progress?

If you delete your Facebook account, you will also delete the game if the game has been saved on your Facebook account.

Please create a King account and sync the levels to that account first. Then delete your Facebook and switch to the King account in the game.

You must need a PC to complete the process.
