I won the episode race but instead of adding 30 gold bars, Candy Crush SUBTRACTED 30 gold bars from my total. This is a terrible glitch. Has anyone else had this experience?? I’m now missing 60 gold bars.

my apologies for not articulating myself very well. The episode races that talking about is when there are others competing for 30 or 40 These episode races are completely cancelled on my game. I cannot find them along with the gold bars that I’ve previously won from the other episode therefore not knowing position is in winning those bars And more importantly I cannot challenge anybody or go to the next level if I have no bars or just completely blindly that’s very frustrating. I hope this is clearer to you the flag which I’m talking about is on the left-hand side of the game that you what position you episode challenge that is not there as well. This happened after an update that has caused all of these issues and my goal get to that point and very frustrating at this point in time.

I am sorry! I am not sure what you meant by "missing the episode Race on log-in page"!
Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, the Episode Race should be visible as a "Flag" on your game map screen! Are you missing that flag?
What did you mean by "I do not know who you are challenging"? Are you not seeing any images of other players' profiles and seeing only silhouette?
The more details you provide, the better assistance we can be!
