Are you not able to log into the game or are you not having any issues with that? From which events are you not able to collect rewards? If you see an error message, can you post a screenshot of it?

For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
