anyone else having issues with new daily treat machine? It never loads after hitting start. Stays stuck and now can’t play on my phone or PC.

I have now waited nearly a week @PummyRaj for a reply and nothing.
The Games Studio seems to have no interest in answering pertinent questions, instead spend their entire time working out new ways to extract money from gullible Newbies.
Also @PummyRaj I have previously asked that the below drop down screen be removed or relocated as it blocks the number of moves left, therefore wasting valuable seconds when you have 3 minute timed boosters !!!
I know this is probably one of many deliberate ploys to waste players time and lessen the time boosters can be used. If it isn't, it can only be put down to poor design.
The DTM on Windows 10 now has me at 31 (second screenshot). I then tried my Desktop Facebook version and the DTM came up again, this time showing 33 (first screenshot). I was able to collect the same useless timed "treat" on both (third screenshot).
Please note, I have not missed a day collecting, so the DTM should not have reverted originally to 30.
Also at the same time this happened I again lost my Win Streak on Win 10. I have given up reporting this as nothing is ever done or no explanation ever given !!!

I usually collect the booster on my iPad or Windows 10 App (sometimes, on both). Last night, I tried on Facebook browser and same thing happened for me also. So, I opened the App on Windows 10, and it worked fine! Tomorrow, can you please check on your Windows 10 App and see if you experience the same as me or the DTR freezes on that platform too?

Do play the Windows 10 version for the new levels, but usually collect the DTM on my Facebook browser. Both are on my desktop PC.

My DTM started and was at day 31 on Monday and it was just like how you showed in your first screenshot (at day 30)!
It worked fine both yesterday and day before! Let me check how it goes today and get back to you.
I will report this issue to the CM and the Game Experts as well and let's see what they say🤔
Are you playing the Windows 10 App version or on Facebook browser?
Yesterday my Daily Treat Machine when opened showed 17+ hours to the next DTM. As my DTM rolls over at 11.00pm (my time) and I was asleep, I cannot understand how when I opened it at 6.00am the next morning, it gave the message I had already collected ????
Then today when I opened the DTM, it has reverted back to the below first screenshot ? Then when I attempt to open it, it freezes (second screenshot).
After numerous attempts, I had no alternative but to abort the game. When I returned the DTM was telling me I had collected for the day @kiara_wael
It is probably a waste of time reporting this as nothing will be done, but an explanation would be appreciated. Honestly @kiara_wael the game is becoming farcical with the Games Studio blundering from mistake to mistake and glitch to glitch.
No wonder @Scooterpie has stopped playing.

Someone having the same issue asked me for help but I couldn't solve the problem.
She has a similar problem on 3 mobile devices since yesterday. When I login her Facebook account on my desktop PC, the daily treat machine caused the game to hang and I had to close the browser. Logging-out and re-login doesn't help. Clearing the cache and restart the phone doesn't help either.
There is no issue at all when I login with my Facebook account. So, it's not the device problem.
