How can I request a manual merge of accounts? My progress is saved on fb and I would like it transferred to my king.com account. I tried the steps listed and it’s not working. Looks like I’ll need outside help.

Please check your game now and see if you are now back at your current level. I've pinged the Player Support on your behalf and you should be back on track now 😉

As all troubleshooting has failed please post a screenshot of your current level on your Facebook and the level you should be on we can then restore your levels manually for you 💓
there must be an issue with Facebook. I’ve seen that mentioned in many places. The only way I’m going to get my progress synced to my king.com account is if it’s done by the devs. Nothing I can do will fix it. I’ve tried everything listed multiple times. The supper page is no help. It’s just all an automated system. So I’ve given up waiting on a helpful reply. Oh well. It’s been a good run.

How can I manually sync my Facebook progress to my King.com account?
I’m unable to do it through all of the steps listed in this community. I need someone from King or higher up to do it manually for me. Please.
After weeks of trying to figure this out I’m on the verge of just deleting Candy Crush Saga and giving up my 9,706 level progress.
I appreciate the responses. But none of it has been any help. Sending a message to support (of which I’ve done at least 3 times) results in automated emails telling me to come back here and ask for help or an email of the exact steps seen on here. So it’s just a seemingly endless loop.
So it looks there is no help to be had for my situation and I’ll just be deleting Candy Crush Saga for good. Oh well. I guess 9,706 levels is where I’m forced to quit due to lack of any help from King.
