Weekly Race- Is it fair or is it fake?

Hi @Colleen Companion Welsh thanks for sharing this. Given you are such a good players it would be a lot more valuable to know these data: How many levels have those players played per week? What is their score in the race? Are you in a similar position as the rest of us, meaning are there one or two other players who are passing as many or maybe even more levels than yourself (if that is possible…)? That would be much more informative than what level they are on, which quite frankly I think is completely irrelevant since King have thousands of player to choose from and they will choose players not according to which level they play but how many levels they have crushed in the past few weeks.

Thank you! Yes, it does answer my question as I can see they have given you much harder opponents than they have given the rest of us, which is what I would have expected. The player at level 71 is an interesting one as well, as there are just so many players I have one of those on my leaderboard as well, stuck in 7th place. I also note that if I were to play one more episode I would be in third place.

My theory stands: King want us to try to get into one of the top three places. If you play enough you can get first. If you have given up playing or play little they entice you with opponents who have stopped playing so you can catch them up to get into third spot, but not win. My opponent in third place is a player who allegedly played today, but has not passed a single level since I first logged in to the weekly race a few days ago:

Their score is 45, mine is 30, so if I play one more episode I can catch them. The lower ranks all have not increased their levels, and I also have one at level 71 again who is not playing. They have been stuck on level 71 for five days now…. unlikely. It's one of the first levels you don't sail through, but I passed that level on my third attempt with no booster just two days ago.

I cannot help but note that most of these strange players on level 71 or who have stopped playing are from India.

They have given me (Piggy) a player in third spot I could beat by playing three episodes again, the players at no.6,7 and 8 are all from India and have not played at all.

I have passed a lot of levels of the Star Tournament with this game, which do not count towards the weekly race. In fact it is mathematically impossible for me to pass any more levels this week to get into third position here! So what this proves is that the computers that run the programme are not intelligent enough to know that I am at the end of the map so cannot pass more than 45 new levels, no matter how enticing it seems with Ang only having played 73 levels. The opposition here seems almost real. I wonder if they are all playing because I'm on the three week chest here. King might give us harder and more active opponents when we get to the third chest. Sadly I have zero chance of getting it, because there ain't no levels for me to play.
