Can't play anymore

Hello,

Since 3 days, i can't play anymore 'cause of what you can see on this screen.

Each time i try to connect to play, nothing happen, i can't click on anything. I have the problem on Facebook but i tried to installed the game through Microsoft Store and i have the same problem so it's not a client problem. I looked at the code but i didn't found any pop-up that could block or hide the button.

I already messaged the supprot but i had an automatic answer : "Look a our Help Center" even after some other explanations i provided.
