Mistake/Bug in Level 9863???

I've played the level 9863 a few times to quit it. When I've cleaned the board completly and I've burst the chewing gum under the line with the dragon,the dragon only slides to the first box of the last lines.
In videos I've seen on Youtube the dragon slides completly down after bursting the gum and the level ended.
Is there a mistake in the game? Because the line under the dragon is clean…
Or what else I have to do to quit it?

Yes, this level has a notorious bug: if you release the dragon on your last move, it will get stuck while going through the sequence of portals, and the level will be prematurely declared failed. I've encountered this bug at least four times myself. YouTube has videos that demonstrate this bug as well.
To pass the level, you need to win with one move remaining because of this bug.

I have seen the videos you've send me. So I've understand it right,that I have to buy extra moves to quit this level? If the bug is known,why does the game-management doesn't fix it?
I think it's impossible to quit the level if I don't buy gold for extra moves. Because every time,when I think I will quit the level now, I have only one move with the frog to burst the gum. The dragon stucks althogh the line is clear…

Passing it in 19 moves is possible, but it's very challenging. To pass without using extra moves, it's best to use a hammer on the bubble gum when you have one move left instead of making that move.
I ran into this bug when I passed this level for the first time last year, and it was already known at that time. It had also been reported in this community, but nothing was done. I think it's still worth trying to report this to Player Support though. Sometimes they give boosters to those who complain, and they might give you a hammer so you can pass. If not, you will have to wait until Booster Wheel gives you a free hammer. Good luck!
