I've gotten the collect snowflakes pop up in every game on Android and haven't seen a single one in over 120 levels today. Anyone actually seen one?

Still. Not a single snowflake anywhere but the pop up announcement is everywhere. Why roll out an event if there is no actual event? Ridiculous.
