I currently have a win streak of over 120 levels I have one jelly to clear to pass this level but

as I try to buy more moves The thing is spinning, saying “contacting App Store”. It’s been doing this for more than 10 minutes now and I am connected to my Wi-Fi and I also have my cellular data turned on if I lose my wind streak because of this error on your part I will delete this game and never play again someone please help me here!!

    • Restart the Game: Sometimes, restarting the game can resolve connection issues.
    • Update the Game: Ensure the game is updated to the latest version

    The given solution may not help anyway to keep the winning streak. I am also facing this issue in my iPhone 15 most of the times and it is frustrating that I lose in candy royale or the colour bomb steak ends sometimes when I get this connection issue. Provide some solution to reconnect to store without closing the app that way we will be able to continue the streak. Kindly consider as user standpoint.

    if I restart the game won’t I lose my win streak? I know I updated the game just a couple days ago so pretty sure that isn’t the issue. It has been about 2 hours now and it still says “contacting App Store”

    Hello @marcyj116 Yes, if you restart you phone you will lose your win streak. (The moderator is not reading posts but giving cut and paste answers after looking at key words, so that answer was not tailored to your individual question.)

    I am not sure I can help you, unfortunately. Candy Crush has been suffering from connection issues for years and the developers cannot seem to solve it. They do make changes, but as soon as one feature resolves a fault, another one opens up other problems…. I get connection errors like this if I change from one signal to a different one. Most mobile phones take over when the Wifi fails, it's part of the setting of our phones, and I think it may be that you started off on wifi when you loaded the game, then momentarily the signal went and the phone kicked in, switching to mobile data. The game kicks players out of the app store connection for this. I don't know how to fix it, but if you are still on this level now, try to go into settings in your phone. Turn wifi off and then on again. Maybe even turn off mobile data, as I find the game works much better on wifi than on mobile data, at least if you have a good stable wifi connection. So you could try that.

    If you run into connection problems often, the best way is to close the app frequently. Each time we open the app it will reload and connect to the app store. Once it has loaded you can check connection by opening the inventory to see if the game would allow you to purchase boosters with gold, or the shop to see if it will load properly. It is definitely best to play using just one signal, best a stable wifi at home.
