I wonder if someone might help you over in the Support Forum. Have you ever posted your problem as a question in Support? Sometimes a game expert might be able to help you over there. You could try that. Or else contact Player Support again and then keep replying to their emails until you really do get some help.

There is definitely something wrong with you game @BipbipMoi . Your issues are very different from what other players are experiencing. You need to contact Player Support to get your game fixed as I don't think we have any other advice to offer you here. Have to tried to contact Support?
To contact Support from within the game use Settings. That is the little pink cogwheel at the top right of the map screen. Then choose the ? icon. You will see some choices of questions and issues. Click on these and keep going through the options until you see "contact us" right at the bottom of the page. Use this to contact Player Support. You will get an automated email first. Reply to the email stating your problem. If you don't get the help you need keep replying to each email you get until someone does help you.

To update the game go into the app store if you play on an iPhone or iPad, or similar place for other devices. It will be where you download new apps and update all your other apps.
