Why is it that in all my weekly challenges I'm challenged by people playing lower levels? Like now I'm on the 4000, but my challengers are in level 70, 88, 86
Why is it like that? I want to be challenged by people on the same level with me or slightly higher levels than me please 🥺 🙏🏾

This has been going on for about a month now and is the same for all players I know of. It is due to some changes made by King to this event. I think the other players are picked by King's computers to make it harder for us to get onto the podium and to perhaps also stop the nonsense score in the thousands that players occasionally complained about. The level range that players in this event are at makes no difference to their scores. King have plenty of duds as well in their archives to use: Check out those players at the bottom of your leaderboard. You will find that there are always about three who never pass any levels at all. They are fake and appear in other players' games as well. Whether the top three are fake as well I do not know for sure, but they are definitely picked by King especially for you. It's like all the other illusionary events like the episode race and Candy Royale. We are being challenged by King, not by other players. They definitely do not see us in their games and are not themselves competing against us.

Hi, Christine. Is this the same with the Star Tournament?. There is always 1 player collecting thousands, when I struggle to get over 300

Hi @Marco365 I'm not sure how the Star Tournament works at all. I very much would suspect that you might be right and it's similar with fake players.
I won the Valentine leaderboard competition over the weekend just using the Star Tournament. That was certainly a lot of crushing to achieve that. And yet, look at this leaderboard: I'm only third on this. King only know who those two players at the top are and how they got there. I don't take much note of this one.
