What I hate about this King Community

I am trying to avoid using words that will send my post into Nowhereland , or worse , the Off Topic forum.
It worked, it's stayed in Discussions.
What I hate about this community:
- Loss of real moderators (I do appreciate there are personal reasons for this)
- Moderators turned into automatons
- Don't see much of QueenB. Probably has good reasons, but it's a shame. Doesn't answer tags any more. I mean real tags about real recurring problems like the kind she used to help with in 2024
- People who try to get to "Legend" without ever posting a helpful comment and King doing nothing about this. In fact some King bots are actively stoking this up in a thread I found called "Your wish will be granted" in CCFriends Off Topic Forum. You'll earn lots of "helpful" reactions for just posting "helpful" there. Ingenious thread.
- Loss of the spam report button to flag spam or inappropriate content
- All those idiots who want to know how to make money from this game

Je signale nous sommes plusieurs et rien ne se passe
C'est vrai que tout est robotique
Les modérateurs ne répondent pas ou répondent à côté de la question
Les spams sont de plus en plus nombreux
Il y a même des messages avec des numéros de téléphone demandant juste pour les filles
Cela devient compliqué
Et ce jeu n'est plus intéressant avec tous les bugs

LOL! As you can tell I barely post here because I hate reading about the constant "I'm not giving them anymore of my money" or "if they keep this up they are going to lose players and money". I could list a few more but I'm trying to understand why people think that the CEO would bother looking at discussion boards and then improving the game based on one persons rant.

They actually do, but that is when the CEO is on a rampage and managers are trying to toss each other under the bus.
King is just still in its Zynga Farmville phase. They took a severe kick to the nards and smartened up.

Psh, I hear ya. I stayed up until 3am ensuring I placed first in the Lunar New Years tournament and didn't even get my prize! Might not be a big deal if I hadn't had to go to class in the morning! >:(

To get back on topic (being what's wrong with this community site):
How long does is now take to remove offensive language posts?
The automated system obviously does not work, at least if spammers insert odd letters using weird fonts. For this sort of thing we need the flag button back. I guide you all to this thread in the off topic section.
If King want this community to function without their constant input and supervision (which seems to be what is happening) then they must give community members the power to flag spam and offensive posts. I tried doing what LofiGummy suggested was the now approved method to report spam. It's not worked (see the thread "25 match lose"), or if it has worked now then it's taken so long that the spammer must think that they are winning. (They are not, I'm using them now to test if the system LofiGummy suggested actually still works.) I'm still waiting for some response.

One of the many things I dislike about the Community @christinewupp are the voting polls we get, asking for our opinions on things King are doing. We get told our opinions matter and that King really want to know so that the game can be made 'sweeter'. Really, I've now had my milestone banner removed like many others. Funny how that happened before and we asked for a vote to be done, we got the vote and the majority asked for it to be put back. It was reinstalled but for some reason they've decided to remove it again. It's just like the voting done on the new map and Chocolate Box, opinions not really needed/wanted, so why are we really being asked. And yes I agree with you 100% about the flag being removed, makes you wonder who actually makes the decisions 🤔

True. I've even made a post and a moderator said me to contact support. But that customer support is the worst of all. They sent me just automated emails. Yet they didn't fix the error with my win streak.

I think they don't even care about game bugs and issues posted here by players. Probably because they get money constantly from the players who buy boosters in the shop.

7. Moderators sending players to Player Support and Player Support sending players back to the Community. The merry-go-round of passing the buck.

Anyone else got any ideas of what I may have forgotten? It makes me wonder why we are all still here.
Well, I guess not all of us are. A lot of regular contributors have left this community or rarely post now. I miss @Alienscar especially.
