@QueenB I have lost my Win Streak again. The theft of my property continues. Seeing I can't get an answer here, who do I contact to report this theft by the Games Studio ??

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve lost your Win Streak again 😞
I completely understand how frustrating this must be. I agree that the best way would be to reach out to Player Support directly as they have much more resources and are able to follow up on this.
To contact Player Support, follow these steps:
Open the game from the device that you're having this issue with.
Go to Settings (gear icon).
Tap the "?" (Help Center) and look for any topic related to Win Streak issues.
Scroll all the way down and select the "Contact Us" to submit your request.
Once you get the auto reply, you should be able to include screenshots as well.
I really appreciate you taking the time to report this, and once you have received the email from support, let me know what the Ticket# is, and I will follow up and make sure it gets looked at 🙂
@QueenB Screenshot of reply from Player Support. Advice is irrelevant, as all top level players are fully conversant with update procedures.
Also the goodwill gesture of timed boosters is a joke. I am not addicted and won't be playing for 2 hours straight. Even if I did, most times, I would run out of levels.
And what does this statement mean ?? Is it a snide remark aimed at me ????
When there is no loss of levels, it's a glitch.
@christinewupp The above backs up your excellent summary of what is happening with CCS. They are a public relations disaster !!!
