    First of all, thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We truly appreciate players like you who care about making this community the best it can be. I’d love to take a moment to address your concerns.

    I want to sincerely apologize for not being around as much lately. I’ve been unwell and needed to take some time to rest. I truly appreciate your patience and support, and I’m feeling much better now! I’ll be getting back into the routine and will do my best to be more present and helpful moving forward.

    Now, to address some of your points:

    Moderation changes – We understand that changes in moderation can be challenging. While we do our best to keep the community engaging and well-managed, we always appreciate your feedback. We’ll continue working to maintain a warm and supportive environment while also ensuring the community runs smoothly.

    Tags & responses – I hear you! We always strive to respond to real concerns and will make an effort to be more present in relevant discussions. If there are urgent matters that need attention, please continue tagging us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

    "Legend" status & engagement – We want the ranking system to encourage meaningful contributions, not just reaction farming. I’ll share this feedback with the team to see if there are ways we can improve it. If you come across specific threads that seem to be misusing the system, feel free to flag them to us.

    Spam reporting – This is a valid concern.

    The removal of the flag button wasn’t a decision made lightly. Due to compliance with the European Digital Safety Act (DSA), we are required to adjust how reports are handled, and unfortunately, this means we can no longer allow anonymous reports, which is why the flag button had to be removed.

    I know this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, but please rest assured that we’re still committed to keeping the community a safe and enjoyable place. If you come across spam or inappropriate content, you can still report it directly to us or through the Report Abuse or Appeal Moderation

    While it may not be as quick as the flag button, we’re doing our best to ensure reports are handled efficiently.

    Regarding Polls & Feedback

    I hear your concerns about voting polls and decisions around community features. The goal of these polls is always to involve the community in the conversation, but I understand that if the outcomes don’t align with expectations, it can feel discouraging. While not every vote can guarantee a change, I promise that your feedback is always taken into account when decisions are made.

    If there’s a particular issue like the milestone banner removal that you feel strongly about, I encourage you (and other players) to keep sharing your feedback.

    The more details we have about how these changes impact players, the better we can advocate for improvements.

    We genuinely value all your feedback, and posts like this help us identify areas for improvement.

    Thank you @QueenB for your response. I'm sorry you have been unwell, there seems to be a lot of things going around at the moment making many of us unwell, hopefully you will be back to full health soon.

    I mentioned the removal of the milestone banner but won't be doing anything about it this time, as when it was removed a few years ago myself and others worked really hard to get it reinstated, and it was. I'm sure there are many who aren't that bothered one way or the other, so the good thing was we had the option to leave it turned on or off. But I just feel why bother again, the Studio obviously don't want us to have it.

    It's the same as the Player Card, where I posted some time ago about the year it shows me as starting to play the game. It still shows 2023 instead of 2012, not a big deal I guess but if they're going to publish such information, it should be right. You passed what I said back to the Studio, I also emailed Player Support more than 10 times, without any response whatsoever. So again where is the incentive to keep sending such feedback when it just gets ignored, it's very off putting.

    I won't mention the Scroll Down feature ⬇️ (oops I just did) as that's something else that just gets ignored.

    Another thing I want to know is that, any of the ideas from the ideas section ever have excuted in the game? If not, why is that section is even included here?

  • I contacted Player Support yesterday regarding constantly losing my win streak. I did get an answer which virtually said there is nothing they can do about it.

    Also, I have spoken to @Scooterpie and she is enjoying life away from CCS. and the Community.

    Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to these concerns in such detail. I especially appreciate the honesty and the explanation for the removal of the flag button. The general secrecy around every decision King make has fuelled suspicions and I really do appreciate your honest responses. Answering these questions stops needless speculations, even if the answers are not what we wish for, it helps us to understand what is going on.

    I am still here @christinewupp but I have just got fed up of answering the same issues over and over again for three years. It just seems like a waste of my time as if King aren't going to fix issues like the Daily Win going missing (not working/resetting), adverts crashing the game, Chocolate Box freezing, and issues with lives not being received for example then it just becomes like groundhog day in here. Most of these issues have been going on for over three years.

    If they can't do anything about it, how unsuccessful they are!

    I think this company should be named as "Buggy" instead of "King", along with the tons of bugs and errors in all those games.

    Nice to hear from you. Yeah, I thought you'd find issue with that, but I wanted it to get seen. Who ever looks at the Off Topic forum? It worked apparently: Lots of contributions and even QueenB noticed it, which would not have happened in the Off Topic forum. Which reminds me:

    10. Pointless counting threads blocking the first page of the Off Topic forum.

    Which goes together with point 4 above, of course. I've pointed out many times that this needs addressing since few people look past the front pages. If those pointless counting games hadn't been there, then I might have posted in the appropriate place. The Off Topic forum needs tidying up and sorting out!

    You misunderstood my post @christinewupp I was having a laugh at myself for posting an off topic reply in your thread. I hate it when people do that.

    For some the counting threads aren't pointless as it is an easy method of points farming. That is why the counting games exist.

    Oh, I see. I didn't think it was off topic at all. The counting threads could be moved into a sub topic area. I think there should be an area for players who just want to chat with others and have a friendly banter. There are plenty trying but their threads disappear so soon onto the second page so they never get seen by others who also just want a friendly chat and banter. I think there should be a chat area we can guide those players to.
