Hello @Sugar88_register Welcome to the community!
This is the correct video for this level. As you can see the two jellies are hiding underneath the two frosting at the top. It might help to play the pre level fish booster to beat this level. If you don't have these you will need to hit the frosting from below with striped candies. There are striped candy dispensers and if you can get those that drop from them onto the conveyor belt you could try to set them off underneath. Also look out for wrapped candies to make a wrap/stripe combo underneath the frosting. Good luck!
