Ok.... Yesterday I at least had the normal one with boosters instead of 1 or 2 gold bars for each tier. That's ridiculous. I don't like it. What's the point of playing of all you get for each tier 1 gold bar? Or 2? That's not fun...

Ok, so let me get this straight - we now get Top That for 3 days which all of us can and probably will finish in one single evening (I did tonight less than 3 hours) and that's it? We can't even stretch it out bc if we play, the blue candies will keep collecting anyway. So, I'm sorry... What's the point now? Basically to play it one day a week? I'm just trying to understand the thinking behind King's thinking here. There are no other events, otherwise this game has been empty and boring for weeks and weeks most of the time, so I guess one day a week we now can actually have some fun playing? Thanks, King…

They are obviously experimenting with this. They are testing out different versions. That really was an odd one you got there with just the gold bars. Clearly not working as it should just yet.
I do think that the new version is geared towards less experienced players than you or me. In fact the whole game is being revamped and rewritten to attract a whole set of new players. I think the drop out rate is quite high at the moment. The new Top That is a good event for newbies.

My Top That is also the version with gold as the reward for every tier.

Oh wow. So in total how much gold bars you win in this top that. Mine was a mix of boosters and gold bars.

Interesting it is also only 16 levels not 25.
We would need to compare the booster and gold versions but I wonder if the value in gold of the new one is the relative value of the boosters in gold.

Honestly blowing through a 3 day even in a day is nothing new. Pretty much the norm I found outside of the old top that!

Looks like 160-175 based on what I can see, 175 would be my guess with 10 being 15 bars. Curious so see if that is right. Devs love more rounded numbers.
