Why am I on level 25xx when I was on level 11,xxx before the upgrade on the phone. Please get me ba

I was on level 11,XXX before the iPhone update and now I’m on a much lower level. Please look up my récords and get me back to the level i was in before the update

Sorry to hear that your progress was lost after the iPhone update. Your progress is saved if you were connected to a King or Facebook account, so let’s try a few steps to restore it:

1️⃣ Make sure you're logged into the correct account

Open the game and go to Settings (gear icon).
If you see an option to log in, sign in with your King or Facebook account.

2️⃣ Sync your progress manually

If you were playing on another device before the update, log in there and check if your progress is correct.
If so, log into the same account on your iPhone.

3️⃣ Contact Player Support if progress is still missing

Open the game and go to Settings > Help Center (?) > Game Progress.
Select "Lost Progress" and follow the steps.
If needed, tap "Contact Us" at the bottom of the article.
