Thanks for reaching out! Yes, events like this are often available to select players as part of test groups, so not everyone will see the same features at the same time. It’s normal for some events to come and go, and they can sometimes return later.
If most of your events are missing except for the Weekly Race, try these steps to refresh your game:

Is it an event limited to some players? I don't have it in my game neither do I have an other event. In fact all the features are missing from my game except the Weekly Race. Is there a way to see what's wrong with the account or the game?
