How can I link up my candy Crush progress on FB to King?

On my laptop the gear is on the upper right and there is no option to sign in with e-mail. There is no option to sign out either

If you’d like to transfer your game progress from Facebook to a King account, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Open Candy Crush Saga on your device. 2️⃣ Tap the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom-left of your screen. 3️⃣ Click on "My Profile." 4️⃣ Select "Sign up with email" and create your King account by entering your email, password, and name. 5️⃣ Tap "Create My Account."
1️⃣ Log out of Facebook in the game’s profile menu. 2️⃣ Close and restart the game. 3️⃣ Log in using your newly created King account (select "Log in with email"). 4️⃣ Your progress should transfer automatically.
