Yes, you can change the email address on your account, but since you no longer have access to your old email and password, you’ll need Player Support to help restore your progress to a new account.
Here’s how to contact them:
Open the game and go to Settings (gear icon).
Tap the "?" (Help Center) and select Game Progress.
Choose "I lost my progress" and scroll down to Contact Us.
Explain that you need to transfer your progress to a new email and provide the level that you want them to restore your game to.
Once they assist you, you’ll be able to log in with your new email and continue where you left off. Let me know if you need help with anything else! 😊

This is really helpful but I have also another problem. I deleted the app so I could download it again with my current email and I'm now unable to reinstate it. It's disappeared!
So I've lost the original app and cannot download the new one. I now have no access to candy crush even though I've been playing it for years and was up to about 10,000 levels! I'd just like to continue - any help would be gratefully received.
