Can`t use gold or make purchases

I can’t connect to the webshop to buy gold. Can’t use gold to buy boosters, or use my saved gold won in events or races. Can’t use gold when I have used my moves and have emptied he option to watch movies. I have the lastest app version, I tried signing out of my account, checked my internet connection (which is stable), tried to refresh the game and reinstalled the app. I am on iOS 18.3

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions on your iPhone.
Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases and ensure In-App Purchases are allowed.

Try using a different network

If possible, switch from WiFi to mobile data or connect to another WiFi network to see if the issue persists.

Check if the App Store is having issues

Sometimes, Apple’s payment services may have temporary outages. You can check Apple’s System Status page for any ongoing issues.

Contact Player Support
Since the issue persists after troubleshooting, I recommend contacting King Support:

Open the game and go to Settings (gear icon ⚙️).
Tap the question mark (?) to open the Help Center.
Select Purchases & Gold Bars and scroll down to "Contact Us".
Provide details about the issue, including that you're on iOS 18.3 and have already tried reinstalling.

I am still not able to use gold. This has been going on for more than a week now. No help from the support team!

Thank you for your kind reply. I have allowed in app purchases too, with no use. I did try to contact support, but only received a standard email reply letting me know how to use this community board. Please advise further.
