That's just the typical lifeless copy paste reply to really anything that could be classified as: "King knows why/It's to make more money/but anyways, we won't tell you why."
Whilst I appreciate that you are trying to cover for QueenB here I find the response a bit odd. How can the level badge be described as a bonus feature that needs thorough testing? Surely it's either there or it isn't. What could they possibly want to test about it? I think you've got your algorithms mixed up.

I would like to assure you that this is not an issue but instead please note that special bonus features like the banner in the game are not designed to be there permanently, and are also not available for everyone. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these, so these special features may become unavailable just as is happening now.

@QueenB This player has repeatedly posted about this and although I have repeatedly answered that level badges have been discontinued for all players they keep posting about this and now have even gone to the trouble of translating their post into English. Could you possibly take this on? SHETOS seems to not believe me when I say badges have been discontinued for all players. 🤷♀️
