@LoFiGummy I think we who are banned from playing the all stars should have an explanation why? We can't really do anything about it but a least we can know why? I would really make us feel better with some type of answer. @QueenB you can look into as well maybe between the two of you we can get a answer. Thanks

@GiggzZz & @cookiemae: I had a look and it seems like it is being investigated, if you have reported it elsewhere I think it's best to continue the discussion there so you don't have to keep track of several discussions on it or get duplicate info - I hope it gets resolved for you for the tournament!

Thanks again for that info. I confirm that I reported the situation "in-game", but so far I have only received an automatic and standardized response. I will keep you updated as soon as I receive any concrete answers.

is there any reason why I donβt have the all stars competition, this is two years in a row I am not included in it? Anyone else have this problem? Been playing candy crush for about 10 years now. @QueenB @LoFiGummy

We are less than 24 hours away from the start of the event and we still haven't been able to get a response from player support.
@Nobody1 @cookiemae @DragonExpress @BrecJack @MannyFae I assume you guys haven't gotten an official answer to your situation either.
I can only wish good luck to the participants and hope that at least someone from this Community can qualify for the live Final.

No, no luck at all yet, and no sign of All Stars in my game yet. I will be rooting for @christinewupp , @morganleeoregon , and other regulars here who have said they are apparently included in the tournament. I guess that gives me plenty of time to spend researching the fish in the Star Tournament at the end of the map this week. :-)
