Candy crush connection error

For some reason Ive been logged out from candy crush from my iPad and then when I tried to log in again through my Facebook account, I got the following msg "there was a connection error. Try again in a bit". Please note that I did all the recommended solution from restarting the iPad, delete the FB and candy crush and install them again, cleared the cash and history etc.. Note that my iPad has the latest iOS version and once I create a king account they get me back to level 1 after spending couple of thousands purchasing gold bars now I have to go back to level 1,is that normal? Any solution

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game! Some players do experience this glitch once in a while for some unknown reason! But, with King Player Support team's assistance, the players got back their game progress👍️

Just wondering… did you create the King account just now or did you already have it before? If we do not sync our accounts (Facebook and King), the progress won't be synced! That could be the reason you are finding yourself at level # 1!!

Please use this (Green lettered) link —> "How to contact Player Support from game App to report Lost Progress issue" and follow the steps on your iPad.
