I reached the 18000 purple candies but did not receive my final prize. Is there any way to collect those that I didn't receive?

By any chance, did you save any screenshots to show that you played the event and reached the final stage? If so, please save them as you might need to show to the King Player Support team, when you send the complaint about your missing prize.
