I clicked play when asked about all stars but the game has disappeared. I played last year. Any idea why I can’t play this year. I live in USA. How can I get it back?
and now it is gone again. I give up.

Hi @eppy, I am sorry to hear about the trouble with the All-Star challenge after you were able to see the countdown.
If I understood correctly, you were never able to start your participation right(collecting candies and these getting added to the score) and also you do not see the event listed in the "Events" tab?
We can try some steps to help with this situation:
no purple stars. Just regular purple candies.
I used to get the all stars countdown until yesterday when I clicked play. Now I get a white monster and cat on grass with candies around them.

So, you do not have the star shaped Purple candy either? What do you see on the "home" screen of the game (where you click on "Play" to enter into the game)?
I clicked play yesterday. I played yesterday and today. Never saw a leader board. Rebooted the phone. Updated the app. Still don’t have all stars. I had purple candies when I played. I’m up at level 12555. Does that have something to do with it?

Can you please tell me when did this happen? If it was today, did you play the game and collected candy yesterday? Did you see the leaderboard as well?

So sorry!!! This game loves to exclude people who play buy the rules and let the cheaters run wild. This happens all the time. They dont care to fix the issue espically after they have you spend money to play. They know no matter what they do, people wont stop playing.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
