Can’t Participate in All Stars

I’m so upset I don’t have the option to participate in All Stars! I reached out to support when the qualifiers round began and I wasn’t getting the pop up in my game. They told me not everyone has it, it’s random, and there’s nothing they can do. I’m in the 14,000 levels- how can someone at my level not have access to the game, yet people way below me do? This isn’t right 😔. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, there are a number of us experiencing the same problem, and I agree that it is frustrating. I am sorry you are also one of the unlucky ones.

I'm close to level 18,000 and i wasnt allowed to play also. I spend $100-200 a month playing this game. I guess im not considered a valuable enough of a player. I had $500 ready to spend to boost my chances of going to finals. I was supposed to go in 2023 but was severly injured in an accident and couldn't accept the invitation to go to london.

That is a straight up lie, it is not because of A/B testing or the amount of boosters or gold you have because I deleted all of mine just to prove that point! Kings new AI put you on their list which excludes you from even receiving any Allstar data in your game it is not random it is very deliberate and a crime in my opinion.

Why do you think I was flagged? I’ve been playing for years and participated in all stars the past two years! That’s why I’m so confused

Where are you located, and how many gold bars do you have in your inventory?

That I can't answer but it has to be the way the AI engine looks at all the algorithms that they collect on you (yes they are monitoring your every move, purchase, booster usage) and it kicks your user ID to a list which excludes you from participation.

in the US and I have 2,974 bars. Why does the number of bars I have matter? Im so confused by all this and so frustrated!

My guess would be they look at the amount of money you spend verses the amount of boosters you use taking the amount of gold out of the equation, they only want players that spend real money and have unrealistic goals.
