2,974 gold bars doesn't seem like it would be high enough to make them lock you out. And the fact that you're in the US means that is not the cause. It may be that you are just in an unlucky group that they decided to exclude for no good reason. I'm very sorry you are not included; it seems there's not a lot we can do about being excluded.

They have you trained into thinking there is a "unlucky" group, but the fact is it is very direct and deliberate, you were excluded because their AI engine determined that based on whatever the set parameters are.

I never deleted my gold bars just all of my boosters but no I never emailed them They are pretty useless They just give the canned answers they were told to! But I'm pretty sure it was a mute point anyways They already made their decision.

I'm so disappointed. I only came back to play CC to play in the All Star. To not be able to join is crushing. I haven't done anything wrong, I've played the last couple years and they kept advertising it. Why advertise it if they are going to randomly cherry pick who can be a part of it? They don't even tell you why you where left out. So very disappointed

So, the event is still not available in the Netherlands. Why are the developers of King are still asleep?
In the terms and conditions I see my version in Android is NEWER than the version needed.
It seems they forgot to put the event in the newest version of the Android app.

There are two qualifier groups:
Group 1: 20.3-25.3
Group 2: 24.3-27.3
If you're not in the first group, you might just be in the second one.0 -
