I deleted the application and re-installed it, but when I logged in to my account, all my previous history disappeared and I was told to play a new game.

Please restore level 3000 and more than 8,000 golden bars

Open the Candy Crush Saga app
Tap the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner
Tap "?" to open the Help Center
Choose a relevant topic like "Game progress" or "Missing items"
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
Describe the issue and include your Game ID if possible
