You need to use the frog to clear the toffees on the left side so that stripes can start dropping down to the bottom row where they can be activated to hit the mixers.
To quickly clear the toffees, I put the frog in these positions:
To feed the frog once it is on the left side, use the color bomb boxes. Match candies of the same color as the frog next to them or hit them with a stripe of the same color as the frog. This will feed the frog. Even if you can't match the needed color, make a match next to those boxes anyway to clear them and prevent them from filling the whole board.
Once the stripes reach the bottom row, use the frog to set them off. Avoid placing the frog on the bottom row, place it just above above the stripes instead.
When you have two stripes, one on top of the other, you can use stripe/stripe combinations to hit the mixers:
