I received the message that I passed to the first round of qualifying but today it no longer shows that I am in the qualifying round. The purple stars appear in my game
If you don't see an All Stars countdown timer for the next round, similar to mine in the screenshot below, then you are no longer part of the tournament and I fear that there is nothing you can do at this point.

Did you check the App Store and make sure that there are no available updates? Can you tell me which version of the App do you have right now?
It still hasn't worked. Yesterday I already passed several stages. I also received the email saying that I was in the qualifiers. I have already restarted my cell phone. My device is an iPhone 16

Sometimes, there may be a short delay before the next stage becomes fully visible. We recommend:
Playing a couple of levels as this usually helps refresh the event and trigger the next steps. Checking the Events tab and looking for the All Stars tile to track your progress.

As i can read here and also on other platforms, ads like Temu, Zeekr ,..even a Grey screen pops up every now and than âŠare horrible.
