I received the message that I passed to the first round of qualifying but today it no longer shows that I am in the qualifying round. The purple stars appear in my game

    From your screenshots, it looks like you did qualify for the first elimination round of All Stars, congratulations 🎉🎉

    Sometimes, there may be a short delay before the next stage becomes fully visible. We recommend:

    Playing a couple of levels as this usually helps refresh the event and trigger the next steps.
    Checking the Events tab and looking for the All Stars tile to track your progress.

    If the issue still persists after playing a few levels, feel free to come back and let us know. We’re here to help!

    It still hasn't worked. Yesterday I already passed several stages. I also received the email saying that I was in the qualifiers. I have already restarted my cell phone. My device is an iPhone 16

    I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the All Stars Tournament in your game!

    Did you check the App Store and make sure that there are no available updates? Can you tell me which version of the App do you have right now?

    Hi @cin_abreu,

    Could you please complete the following recommendations and let me know your confirmation in case you still have trouble with seeing the tournament:

    • Make sure you are connected to your account, and your Internet connection is stable. If you log out and back into your account, the event might need some time to reappear. 
    • You might be using the wrong account. Maybe somebody has logged into their account on your mobile, tablet or computer?
    • Can you also confirm to us that your device timer (date/time) is set correctly? If, for any reason, the timer of your device has been modified, could you please try reverting back to the current time and date.
    • Have you traveled outside of your country during the event?

    I’m logged in to my account that I’ve been using since 2012.

    I’ve had this problem for more than a week and I’ve already made some attempts to log out and log in again.

    The date and time of my cell phone are correct (follows below image with the configuration).

    I haven’t been out of the country.

    If you don't see an All Stars countdown timer for the next round, similar to mine in the screenshot below, then you are no longer part of the tournament and I fear that there is nothing you can do at this point.
