Account's Not Syncing Issues

First off I want to thank our "Wonderful" Moderator @bearwithme for pointing out "the obvious" to me . @bearwithme could not give me a badge that I earned because my account show's inactive; but wait, how can that be when I'm active as we speak 😱🤔. I now see that I have two(2) Profile ID's, with the same Profile Number's even though they are actually one in the same . If I log in with my User/Game Name, I log into one Profile/ID; and If I log in with my E-Mail address, I log into another Profile/ID 😕🤔. I'm not understanding this because "Both" Account's/Profile's/ID's share the "Exact Same" information, including E-Mail and phone number . And now after "really" looking at the Profile's and the Profile ID's, I see that they are also one in the same . One just shows and "older" Face Book Picture(E-Mail Login), which is my "Original" account . I updated my Face Book account a few months ago with a new picture, and that account shows up when I login with Face Book . I have other "Issue's" as well with this account, but I'm hopping that fixing this will address "All" Issue's .

You are right. There were several occasions that the system asked if I want to link my community account to the game. So far, I have always declined the offer to link the account because I still have the phobia that my gold bars might somehow be wiped out again due to system glitches.

Nevertheless, that doesn't stop me from collecting numerous badges in this community so far. That's why I said, "not necessarily linked".

@quekkc , I "Respectfully" disagree with you . There is a place in account settings where you can link your account with your community account by checking the box, which is why I'm not understanding the "confusion" . But I'll be patient and see if this gets resolved . If not, I'll be taking another "break" from this game again .

I appreciate your feedback @quekkc & @bearwithme . It seems as if dealing with "Support" gets me no where, in that I only get "pat" and "repetitive" responses that do not not address my concerns . I am "very" active in this game, and I really wish that "someone/anyone" could help me . Thanks for the assistance .

Hello @Randy_Darin - I am sorry you are still having issues with your account. As I explained HERE in the March Birthday thread, I do not need a player ID# for you to receive your birthday badge and as I mentioned, I checked your profile and you already have the badge.

It is only for prizes - gold bars/boosters etc. that we need your Player ID. When I pass on Birthday information for players so they can receive the badge and a party popper to the King employees (Game Experts), if your player ID was not included in a signature or your post when you listed your birthday, then I check your profile and this is the number in your profile: 12984813071, which the Game experts told me was inactive.

However, thank you for sharing the screenshot of your CCS profile and your player ID - I can now pass that on and you should see the booster in your game sometime this week. You should be able to go into your community player profile and update your player ID#. Just click on your avatar and it will take you to your profile.

As far as syncing your accounts, please go to Player Support as mentioned above and in future, if you have issues with your game or profile etc. - we have a support area HERE where we have a Help Center and this is the primary area where we look to see what issues players are having and try to help resolve them.

There is no doubt that both profiles are linked to the same game account. The first one was login with King account and the second one login via Facebook.

I had originally only one Facebook account login. However, I found out later on that I have 2 emails (King account) linked to my game unknowingly. What happened was when I login with email instead of via Facebook, the system automatically linked the email to my game account. The second email is not even mine but it was linked unintentionally. Now looking back, that was the time that the system wiped out all my gold bars, twice when the 2 emails were linked.

Anyway, I thought that has nothing to do with collecting badges. This is just a Community Account and not necessarily linked to your game.

Hello @Randy_Darin This is a player's forum and we can just give advice but not access your account. It is best to not show your email publicly since anyone can read the posts in this open forum. It may be that two accounts got merged. To get help with this you would need to contact King player support. You can do this via the app: Use settings and then the ? icon, then scroll through the choices until you see "contact us" at the bottom. You could also use this link:

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
