I am on Level 4328, & have not received any chance to play for the Colour Bombs since 30 levels I’ve played.
Yes that is what I mean. So they take it away from certain players? Why? I play every day at least 3 times a day…
I think maybe you mean the super colour bombs, i.e the super charger?
Like all events and features in Candy Crush, some players get these, some don't and no event or feature is permanent and can be relied on to reappear all the time. King remove features from our games when they please. There is nothing you can do to bring back the super colour bombs, but hopefully it will come back soon. Make sure you game is always updated and close and reopen the app regularly.

Can you please provide more details? Do you have a special event in your game that asks you to collect Color Bombs? If so, can you post a screenshot of it please?
