I havnt seen 1 butterly yet
TRUE THAT!!! If I spent all my time actually making notes on every single issue I have come across, I wouldn't have made i to past the elimination round! It's only the 2 latest major 'glitches' that I have contacted support for. IDK if this is intentional OR it is due to lack of skilled ppl to fix these orbs, but it's definitely disappointing! I can only HOPE this doesn't persist in the FINAL KNOCKOUTS
its not that we spend the money its an event but it didnt happent to somebody like a challenge.yes your correct its annoying.
Not even I passed about 100 levels and only saw about 20. And they only have me 5. And i tapped alllll of them in time.
How we supposed to take a pic of hitting the butterfly and then not getting credit? lol Makes no sense. I collected at least 15 butterflies all together. And only gave me 5 lol Rediculous
They either need to update the app or Im convinced they do it on purpose so we spend money. There are so many other issues I could talk about. Its getting annoying.
There seems to only be one butterfly per episode!

when I emailed support they responded asking for more details and a screenshot…, I don’t have a screenshot because I didn’t know it was going to be an issue getting the rewards. Once you collect you can’t see the event anymore.
I collected all 6 of the butterflies in level 11110 but didn’t get all of the promised rewards. I only got 1 cone and 1 UFO?
